Forging inspection machine (1 pce / 4 sec)
Thanks to a series of high-speed cameras and neural image processing from Rovi-tech, this machine can inspect forged parts.
Notches, missing material and geometric defects are identified on each side of the parts, which are then rotated in front of the cameras to ensure total control. On leaving the machine, parts are sorted by quality class.
