As a manufacturer of industrial machines, we regularly apply a number of key European directives, such as the Machine Directive 2006/42/EC.
This experience enables us to offer you assistance in the following areas relating to :
the retrofitting of existing machines in accordance with the Royal Decree of 12.08.1993, and the successive Royal Decrees amending it, transposing into Belgian law the second individual Directive 89/655/EEC of the Council of the European Communities of November 30, 1989 concerning the minimum safety and health requirements for the use of work equipment by workers at work, amended by: Directive 95/63/EC of December 5, 1995
drawing up CE files for new machines, in application of the Royal Decree of 12.08.2008 transposing European Parliament Directive 2006/42/EC into Belgian law. These files include :
1. Examination of the machine in relation to the essential requirements defined in Annex I of the “Machinery Directive” 2006/42/EC
2. Machine risk analysis in accordance with standards EN ISO 12100-1, EN ISO 12100-2 and EN ISO 14121-1
3. Proposed safety measures to meet the objectives highlighted by the risk analysis
4. Implementation of safety measures
5. Drafting the CE file
